È stata assegnata a Marelli Motori da ENI su ingegneria di Saipem la commessa relativa alla fornitura di motori elettrici antideflagranti da applicare su pompe di processo API per lo sviluppo del nuovo impianto Eni Slurry Technology presso la Raffineria di Sannazzaro che entrerà in funzione entro il 2012.
Questa è un’acquisizione che segue altre importanti forniture realizzate negli ultimi due anni per impianti significativi come Samir, Engro Pakistan, Shuaiba, Qafco V.
Marelli Motori consolida la propria presenza nel mercato dell’Oil&Gas, un’applicazione in cui i prodotti devono garantire elevati livelli di sicurezza ed affidabilità.
Le opportunità offerte da questo settore hanno portato Marelli Motori a sviluppare ulteriormente i propri prodotti, realizzando una nuova serie in bassa tensione (D6) e avviando il progetto di motori in media tensione.
La gamma ad oggi copre le potenze da 0,37 a 500 kW nelle varie polarità ed esecuzioni in accordo alla Direttiva ATEX e soddisfacendo qualsiasi richiesta del settore impiantistico.
Per Sannazzaro sarà fornita la nuova serie D6, i motori saranno in esecuzione IIC (possibile presenza di gas idrogeno) garantendo una flessibilità di impiego unitamente a tempi di consegna ridotti.
La riconferma di Marelli Motori come fornitore dell’impianto di Sannazzaro (la raffineria già utilizza i nostri motori) rafforza e consolida la presenza dell’azienda nel mercato Oil&Gas.

Il 18 gennaio 2011 MarelliMotori parteciperà ad una lezione del corso di laurea in Ingegneria Energetica sul tema delle macchine elettriche rotanti e relative soluzioni innovative.

MEC100 is the the new digital AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) developed by MarelliMotori suitable for any generator on any application.
The microprocessor based MEC100 contains all the functionality necessary to vary or control the amount of dc excitation applied to the generator’s exciter field.
Output voltage, power factor and reactive power are easily set up and controlled using the friendly softwar
e interface with the complete monitoring of the machine in any time and avoiding any operation outside of the machine’s capability.
The new feauture DMS (Diode Monitoring System) integrated onboard which guarantees space saving. The galvanic and resin treatment guarantees high performance and long life reliability of the regulator under difficult operating conditions.
The functionality of the MEC100 can be customize according to the new customer requirements.
